Honey Study Abroad provides ethical end-to-end guidance for university admissions and visa documentation. University admissions and student visas are granted solely by independent universities and sovereign foreign embassies. We do not guarantee admission or visas, and we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent documentation.
Acceptance of Terms & Advisory Scope
Welcome to Honey Study Abroad, an overseas education advisory unit owned and operated by Honey Translation Services (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), registered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
By accessing or browsing our website (honeystudyabroad.com), submitting an enquiry form, registering for counseling, or engaging our study abroad advisory services, you (“Student”, “Applicant”, “Parent/Guardian”, or “Client”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Scope of Educational Consultancy Services
Honey Study Abroad provides professional, ethical, and structured advisory services to assist students in pursuing higher education in countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Singapore, Ireland, New Zealand, and European nations:
University Admissions & Student Visa Disclaimer
Honey Study Abroad acts purely as an educational advisory facilitator. Prospective candidates and their families must note the following legal fundamentals:
- Independent University Decisions: Offers of admission, issuance of CAS, I-20, COE, or admission letters, and scholarship allocations are granted solely and independently by the respective universities or colleges.
- Sovereign Embassy Visa Authority: The grant or refusal of a student visa, entry clearance, or work authorization is the exclusive, sovereign prerogative of the foreign government's embassy, consulate, or immigration department (e.g. US Embassy/USCIS, UKVI, IRCC Canada, Australian Home Affairs, etc.).
- Strict Non-Guarantee: Honey Study Abroad does NOT and CANNOT guarantee admission or visa issuance. Any claims of “guaranteed visa” or “guaranteed admissions” made by unauthorized third parties are fraudulent.
Student Obligations & Veracity of Information
To ensure smooth processing and legal compliance, the student and their sponsors agree to the following obligations:
Consultancy Fees, Payments & Institutional Charges
We believe in clear and honest financial arrangements with no hidden charges:
Counseling packages and advisory service charges (where applicable) are formally stated in writing prior to service commencement. Invoices are issued with applicable Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
University application fees, visa filing fees (e.g. MRV, SEVIS, VFS, UKVI health surcharge), English test registrations, medicals, and courier fees are paid directly to the respective universities, embassies, or authorized service centers.
Cancellation, Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Our refund terms are designed to be fair, practical, and transparent:

Third-Party Services & Financial Affiliates
To assist students throughout their journey, Honey Study Abroad may introduce authorized third-party vendors for:
These third-party providers operate independently. Any loan agreements, insurance policies, or lease contracts are entered into exclusively between the student/sponsor and the respective third-party provider.
Intellectual Property Rights
All website content, counseling frameworks, university shortlisting models, visa questionnaire samples, SOP guides, test prep curriculum, graphics, logos, and materials provided by Honey Study Abroad remain the exclusive intellectual property of Honey Translation Services. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, scraping, or commercial resale of our advisory assets is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Honey Study Abroad and Honey Translation Services shall not be liable for:
- Changes in national immigration laws, sudden visa quota caps, or post-study work visa amendments enacted by foreign authorities.
- Delays in processing by university admission offices, credential evaluators (e.g. WES), or consular scheduling systems.
- Acts of God, natural catastrophes, geopolitical conflicts, pandemics, or government-mandated travel restrictions (Force Majeure).
- Any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from a candidate's failure to secure admission or visa.

Code of Conduct & Termination
We foster a professional, respectful counseling relationship. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services without liability or refund in cases of:
- Abusive, derogatory, or harassing behavior directed at our counselors or administrative staff.
- Failure to cooperate, recurring unresponsiveness, or intentional suppression of critical background information.
- Attempted submission of fraudulent documents or identity deception.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any agreements entered into with Honey Study Abroad or Honey Translation Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any dispute, difference, or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be addressed through amicable conciliation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts situated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
